The unique charm of this of this 19th century listed studio was maintained through the reconfiguration of its interior space.

The existing walls and ceiling linings were replaced while preserving the historical paneling. Discrete cupboards were designed for the perimeter of the ground floor while movable shelving at mezzanine level contains books, materials and artifacts.

The ground floor generally serves as a meeting room although it is flexible enough for two substantial work areas.

The main working area is at mezzanine level where continuous work surfaces provide space for a number of computers, printers and models.

The mezzanine level enjoys undisrupted views onto the garden below.
